What are the potential side effects?
Most patients tolerate Tirzepatide well, but side effects can occur especially when starting or increasing the dose. Common (often improve over time): nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, stomach pain/bloating, belching, headache, fatigue, reflux/indigestion. Less common: dizziness, injection-site irritation. Tips to reduce side effects: eat smaller meals, avoid high-fat/spicy foods, increase fluids, and don't escalate your dose while symptomatic. Message your provider for adjustments.
